Hello! Welcome to first grade! 

My name is Amy Wittmann. I have been teaching for 25 years. All of these years have been in the Saint Paul Public School District. I have been a teacher here at Global Arts Plus for 14 of my years. This will be my second year teaching first grade at our school. Prior to teaching first grade, I taught Science and 3rd grade at Global Arts Plus.

I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember. My mother is a teacher and she was a very large influence in me choosing this profession. 

I just celebrated 20 years of married to my husband, who is also a teacher. I have one amazing daughter who will be a Sophomore this year in SPPS. I love my fur babies as well! We have a silver lab named Lucy, two tabby cats named Milo and Elsa, and a non-fur baby named Coco. He is a crested gecko.
